The Tiger who Came to Tea

The Tiger Who Came is a classic children's story by Judith Kerr. It follows a little girl, having tea with her mum, and an unexpected visitor. The enormous Tiger gulps down pots of tea and devours plates of sandwiches. He lick the top of all the buns and then raids the panties. There's no food left and dad is on his way home! This is a great book for children learning about problem solving but also politeness. The highlight maybe the bright illustrations which bring the story to life.
