I Want My Hat Back by Jon Klassen has quickly become one of the most popular children's books. With charmingly deadpan humour, it follows a bear as he searches for his stolen hat. Enormous size doesn't intimidate the other animals as his brain is much smaller than theirs and the thief flaunts his steal. He is still a bear though, and dangerous, which his friends soon discover. 

The now iconic imagery relies on children's intuition to discern the emotions at play. It is a fantastic book for developing minds and humorous adults.
